●      All notices will be in English and in writing and (a) when sent to the User at the address indicated on the Application Form and (b) when sent to the Company at that address as provided in writing for such notification purposes; provided, however, that all invoices and payments will be sent to the Company.

Grievance Redressal

Dispute Resolution: Any complaints, harassment or concerns regarding the content and any comments or violations of these terms will be reported immediately to the Designated Complaints Manager as set out below in a letter or email signed with an electronic signature to ********.

XXII. Non-exclusive Remedy

●      Termination or expiration of this Agreement will, in part or in all, do not limit any party to any other remedies available to it, and neither party shall be free from its obligation to pay all amounts due and owed under this Agreement by force of termination.

XXIII. Complete Agreement

●      This Agreement shall be a full and special agreement between the parties with regard to the matter relating to, replacing any prior agreements, documents and correspondence in respect of that matter. This Agreement may only be amended by the Company's written document only. The right to amend or vary, exclusively remains in the hands of the Company.

XXIV. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

●      The Terms and Conditions set out above constitute the entire agreement between the Party/User and the Company. By completing the registration process and clicking on "I have read and accepted the Terms of Use" box, you indicate that you accept the agreement and will be bound by all Company terms and conditions as mentioned above.

XXV. Special undertaking for owner & tenants

·      Terms & condition for owner and tenants will be given at the time of booking/registration
